Chef William Kovel has been quietly
cooking exquisite cuisine in the
heart of Cambridge’s M.I.T. & Tech area
since opening in 2011.
The Boston Chaîne last visited Catalyst in
June of 2012
and it’s high time we return!
Coming from the fondly remembered Aujourd’hui at Four Seasons Boston and a multitude of San Francisco area dining meccas his cuisine features modern American cuisine prepared with sustainable ingredients showcasing Chef’s strong French culinary training.
We will begin bubbles and canapés al fresco
- weather permitting
followed by a tasting menu with adventurous pairings.

$200.00 per person for Boston Bailliage members $225.00 per person for others
