Wednesday July 19, 2017
The 2017 Season continues at one of Boston Hottest Dining Destinations
Rockstar Chef Tracy Chang is turning the dining world upside down with her “Japanese Tapas.” I describe it as a “Basque style small plates and Asian noodle & bao synthesis.” Chef Tracy worked at Boston Chaîne favorite O-ya then studied pastry at Cordon Blue in Paris before a prized opportunity to work for a year with Chef Martin Berasatequi at his eponymous Three Star Michelin property in San Sebastian. Her skill and creativity shine brightly at her terrific new home, one of the brightest lights in the Boston Culinary Constellation!
We will start on the outdoor patio followed by a special tasting menu with creative pairings… prepare to be amazed!!
The Reception shall begin at 6:30 PM with dinner to follow
