Les Sablons is the latest offering from the award winning team of Chef Jeremy Sewell and Garrett Harker of Island Creek, Row 34 and Eastern Standard fame. The two floors of the iconic Conductor’s Building in Cambridge’s historic Harvard Square is the setting for this fantastic pan-metropolitan restaurant named for a Paris Metro station featuring classic dishes done to perfection. The high style decor is both stylish and comfortable, warm and welcoming yet while hip and cool.
We will start downstairs for a sparkling reception followed by a sumptuous tasting menu with exquisite pairings… prepare to be amazed!!
The Reception shall begin at 6:30PM with dinner at 7:15PM
